Presale Manager Position

Type: Full time

We are currently hiring a presale to help the sales team with demos and onboard users. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
  • Work with our partners around the world.
  • Liaising with users to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Help users onboard successfully. 
  • Work closely with the dev department.
  • Help customers from time to time on their technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum two years of hands-on experience as a cloud architect (Azure, AWS, and GCP) – a must
  • Previous experience as a presale – an advantage
  • Experience working with MSSPs and MSPs – an advantage
  • Fluent English verbal and written – a must
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
  • You have strong presentation skills.
